Teams selected for Anglian League matches against Suffolk

The L&RGU take on Suffolk in the third round of Anglian League matches on Sunday 3rd July.

The County Captain, Oli Willson, has selected teams to represent the L&RGU against Suffolk:

Thank you once again for the efforts in the last league match and to all involved in the 6 Man. It’s so important to get off to a good start and we certainly have done, but we must regain the focus for this match as will be a tough challenge.

Here is the squad for Sunday 3rd July and look forward to hearing of both sides winning! Selection has been very tough for this match and if you can’t play for any reason can you please let me know ASAP.

1st Team:

8:30am arrival, Hintlesham Golf Club, George St, Hintlesham, Ipswich IP8 3JG. Practice Round Times will be sent next week.

Hotel on Saturday 2nd July: Penta Hotel Ipswich, Ranelagh Rd, Ipswich IP2 0AD (12 minutes away from the course)

Unfortunately I have to work on Saturday 2nd and will arrive in the evening, so Martin Anderson will be acting Captain for the practice round. Please ensure you fully support Martin in his role.

2nd Team:

8:30am arrival, Rothley Park Golf Club

Kit: Current County Kit to be worn with Black County Trousers and white belt. Jacket & Tie is required for the meal afterwards
