The 2016 Annual General Meeting of the Leicestershire & Rutland Golf Union, including election of the Officers, will take place on Thursday 25th February.

The meeting will be held at Kirby Muxloe Golf Club and will begin at 7pm.

Rule 10 of the L&RGU constitution states that:

At the Annual General Meeting or at any Extraordinary or Special General Meeting, in addition to the Officers present each club in the Union is entitled to have the following voting representation:

• Clubs with membership of less than 50, one representative
• Clubs with membership of 50 and under 200, two representatives
• Clubs with members of over 200, three representatives
