L&RGU John Cheatle Foursomes Rules

Rules & Conditions

By the Presidents invitation, open to gentlemen, including juniors, being members of a golf club affiliated to any golf union; at least one playing member must be a member of a golf club affiliated to the L&RGU (Except invites to Anglian League and MGU Counties).

The Tournament will be a Foursomes Medal played over 18 holes.
Competitors are encouraged to arrange their own fours, but if requested, every effort will be made, without guarantee, to arrange partners for the purpose of marking.
50% of combined team handicap.

At least one competitor qualifying for a prize must attend the presentation unless having been granted special dispensation by the Director of Tournaments. Failure to do so will result in disqualification and the prize will be awarded to the next competitors in line who are present.
