L&RGU Parental Declaration for County Boys Overnight stays.

A decision was taken in 2020 by our H&S and Safeguarding Committee that any match/event where a County Boy is formally representating the L&RGU that requires an overnight stay then they will need to be accompanied, in the room, by either a parent or legal guardian or another adult formally nominated by them to undertake parental responsibilities.

In line with this decision each stay will require the parent or legal guardian to complete and submit the form below:
