Graham Webb L&RGU President 2015-2016

The L&RGU regret to share the news of Graham Webb's passing on 15th February. Graham served as President from 2015 to 2016, and contributed to golf as an England Golf Referee, officiating at the Open, as well as being a referee for the MGU, English Schools, and L&RGU. In recognition of his dedication, he received the prestigious Gerald Micklem Award in 2023 for outstanding service to the sport. Graham was also a devoted member of Kirby Muxloe Golf Club, the club made him an honorary member, and he served on its committee for more than 50 years. Our sympathies are with his family at this sad time.

Funeral Details

Thursday 26th March 2026 at 13.00 at South Leicestershire Crematorium,
Foston Road, Countersthorpe, Leicester LE8 5QP
and afterwards at Kirby Muxloe Golf Club.
