Player Information

Due to Covid-19 the tournament will be different to previous years, I have therefore listed some important information that all players must be aware of and adhere to.

It is your sole responsibility to ensure all current Government, PHE, EG, L&RGU & The Luffenham Heath GC advice & guidance is followed.

Any player or official displaying symptoms of Covid-19 are asked not to attend and must inform the Director of Tournaments

Don't arrive more than 20 minutes before your tee time, if you do can you wait in your car. 

Change your shoes and get ready at your car, use overflow car park to the left of the clubhouse towards practice area if main one full

All entrants & officials must provide contact details for Luffenham Heath Test & Trace participation. 

All players and officials will have their temperature taken with an infra red thermometer on arrival

No caddies or spectators on the day

Players must not touch the flag and putt with the pin in, placing within 6" in the bunkers.

Players must only handle their own scorecard, balls and equipment

A basic menu for lunch will be available and a one way system is in operation around the clubhouse. Once players have recorded their score they can order a drink and food, they must stay no longer than 40 minutes after they have ordered. Tables and chairs are set to enable social distancing, you must not move furniture within the clubhouse. Hand sanitiser is available throughout the clubhouse.

Social distancing both on and off the course must be observed at all times

Should we need to have a play off, L&RGU officials will inform players if they need to stay, during this time they must keep a safe social distance

There will be no presentation on the day, prize winners will be sent there vouchers electronically

Players will be allowed to use their mobile phones during the tournament to access guidelines and local rules in place on the day.

The cut off for the ballot was 13.9 we will operate a reserve list which is published on the website, this will be in exact handicap order. If a player drops out, the player at the top of the list will be asked top play, if we are unable to contact them we will go to the next one on the list. All reserves who don't play will receive a full refund after the 17th Aug.
