Fraser Jones (Lingdale) wins the MGU U14s Champion of Champions event

Fraser Jones of Lingdale GC has won the Midland Golf Union Under 14s Champion of Champions event. The tournament was held at Newark Golf Club on Sunday 9th September.

Fraser shot 78-73 to finish on 151 one shot ahead of the current England Golf Reid Trophy winner Hugh Adams. This is a tremendous achievement for Fraser, who was also part of the L&RGU team that won the MGU U14s Team Championship at Broughton Heath on 1st September.
