Important League Information 26th July 2017

Unfortunately Rutland County have struggled to field teams for the scratch league and have been unable to fulfil their fixtures in 2017.  Following this experience they have decided to withdraw from the league in the 2018 season.  In these circumstances all results involving Rutland County are declared void for the 2017 season which is reflected in the league tables above.  In this instance teams will still be promoted from and relegated into division 5 at the end of 2017.

Looking ahead to the 2018 season, unless the clubs change further, there will still be 5 divisions but each will contain 5 teams.  On behalf of the County Union I would like to thank Rutland County for participating in the league and assure them that they will be welcome back in the future.

Philip Askew

L&RGU Scratch League Secretary
