Oliver McGowan (Beedles Lake) wins the Boys Matchplay Championship

The Leicestershire & Rutland Golf Union runs a matchplay championship following on from the Boys Strokeplay Championship.

The 2017 Boys Matchplay Championship was played at Beedles Lake Golf Club and was won by a home member, Oliver McGowan. Oliver beat the strokeplay champion, Nathan Garratt (Kirby Muxloe) in the final.
