The Immediate Past President of the Leicestershire & Rutland Golf Union is Tony Harper.

Tony has been a member of Lutterworth golf club for 49 years and was club captain in 1982/83. He was a County 1st team player and later became County Second Team Captain. During his 3 year term of office the team were East Anglian League champions twice. Tony has also represented the County Seniors team many times and was captain from 2005 to 2008.
