Leicestershire & Rutland Golf Union
The L&RGU Boys team compete against 9 other counties in the Midland Group Qualifying each year; the winners of the Qualifier go through to represent the Midland Group in the English County Finals.
The 2012 MGU Qualifying event was held at The Leicestershire on Wednesday 6th June. The L&RGU team finished 4th behind Staffordshire, Derbyshire and Worcestershire.
Congratulations go to Alastair Kinnard (Cosby) and Josh Fletcher (Luffenham Heath) who tied for the lowest individual 36 hole scole for the day.
