SPRING TOURNAMENT FOR "ROBIN FRASER" TROPHY       

 

After the first 36 holes, the leading 27 players and ties will qualify for, and must play the 36 holes on the second day.

 

Exact Handicap Limit                CONGU 7                 Players from clubs affiliated to L&RGU only.

 

Maximum Field             60

If oversubscribed, entry by ballot of the higher handicaps.

The Committee reserves the right to adjust the handicap limit and refuse entry without comment.

R & A Rules of Golf Apply, including Driving Clubs* and Approved Golf Balls.

Players MUST enclose cheque with entry, made payable to Leicestershire and Rutland Golf Union.

A player may receive only one prize except in the case of a special award being made.

 

In the event of a tie for the trophy and main award, decided by a SUDDEN DEATH play off, Committee to decide over which holes. Other ties by dividing aggregate by numbers tied.

 

QUALIFYING EVENT FOR HANDICAP PURPOSES

 

Starting times will be sent to relevant golf clubs ASAP, Players wishing for notification must send a stamped addressed envelope.
