| In the event of a tie for the trophy and main award, decided by a SUDDEN DEATH play off, Committee to decide over which | ||||||||||

| Prize winners, or their nominated representative must be present or their prize will be awarded to the next | ||||||||||
| score and player present at the prize giving ceremony. | ||||||||||
